SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
By opting in to Handcrafted Solutions’ SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Handcrafted Solutions related to our products and services. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
• Service appointment reminders and updates
• IT support notifications and system alerts
• Account and billing communications
• Access control and security system notifications
2. Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Handcrafted Solutions, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated or prerecorded SMS/MMS messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
You may opt in to our messaging program by submitting a web form in your client portal or providing verbal consent.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the communication. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis related to your active services. Typically, you can expect to receive no more than 10 messages per month, though frequency may vary.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Handcrafted Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Handcrafted Solutions unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your phone number and any personal data collected through our messaging program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Information collected via text message may include your mobile phone number, carrier name, opt-in date/time, and message content. This data is used solely to administer the messaging program and deliver the services you have requested.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Handcrafted Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the SMS messaging program, including but not limited to the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of text messages. We are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including messages that are not received due to issues with your mobile device or carrier network.
Handcrafted Solutions shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages connected to this program. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
10. Program Modifications
Handcrafted Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS messaging program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms. Your continued participation in the SMS program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These SMS Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
